Fall 2014 makeup trends (London fashion week)

Oh me, oh my, aren't this years fall trends delightful. If any of you have been watching London fashion week, then you'll have noticed a few little patterns appearing (as a quick side note, this entry is going to be picture heavy!).

First off is this appearance from the Marc Jacobs catwalk. From the woman behind NARS comes the official no makeup look. All she used was moisturiser on the models!

The no makeup look continued through the Stella McCartney, although it featured a flush of pale colour on the lips, hightlighted cheek bones and defined brows.

The Chloe catwalk continued the trend, however they branched out to eyeshadow and shading, emphasising the natural colouring of the models and creating a feature enhancing natural look.

Dolce and Gabbana followed suit, enhancing the eyes with a little flick, keeping the lips an enhanced nude and flushing the cheeks. tousled messy hair is IN! (As can be seen in this next one)

Tom Ford featured tousled, scruffy hair with deep set, smoked out eyes, scruffy brows and flawless skin, not to mention that nude, perfect, lip that has been seen slicked on all the models this fall.

Armani matches Chloe in its feature defining makeup, heavy eyebrows still on trend and an enhanced natural looking eye. Everything about this season is screaming simple design.

Burberry matches its natural look with a slightly more neutral smoked eye, playing with shadows and contour.

All in all, we can safely say that the no makeup look is back in, at least the no makeup lip, with small enhancements made to natural colouring. Some fashion houses such as Prada and Gucci have emphasised the eyes more, but as an overall cover of the catwalk, nude is back.

What do you think to this seasons look?
